Job Summary:

The Social Media Executive/Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the brand’s online presence and drive engagement. They will manage social media platforms, create content, and analyze data to optimize performance. The role involves using various tools to implement campaigns, monitor trends, and adjust strategies to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy Development:
    • Develops and implements effective social media strategies that align with the brand’s objectives and target audience.
    • Manages and updates social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement across all platforms.
    • Collaborates with marketing teams to support broader campaigns and initiatives.
  2. Content Creation & Management:
    • Oversees the creation and curation of engaging, relevant content (including text, images, videos, and stories) tailored to each social media platform.
    • Ensures that the brand’s tone and voice are consistent across all channels.
    • Manages and grows the company’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  3. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Monitors, analyzes, and reports on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Uses data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth and optimization.
    • Provides regular reports to management with actionable recommendations based on social media analytics.
  4. Engagement & Community Management:
    • Responds to comments, messages, and customer inquiries across social media platforms to ensure timely and positive interaction.
    • Engages with followers to build a strong online community, fostering brand loyalty and increasing engagement.
    • Monitors social media trends and audience sentiment to adjust content and strategies accordingly.
  5. Social Media Tools & Platforms:
    • Utilizes various social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) to schedule posts, track performance, and manage multiple platforms.
    • Stays updated on the latest tools, trends, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of social media innovation.
    • Implements social media advertising strategies to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
  6. Campaign Management:
    • Coordinates and executes social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and influencer collaborations.
    • Works closely with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and content for social campaigns.
    • Monitors campaign performance and adjusts strategies to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 2+ years in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and creative skills, with the ability to adapt to brand tone and voice.
