- In case of any uncertain logistic reasons if you see the parcel damaged on the arrival for the delivery, we would request you to reject the order and do not accept the order.

TERMS AND CONDITION FOR OFFERS/COUPONS
- Information on how to participate forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Claimants must comply with these Terms & Conditions for a coupon to be valid.
- Each claimant is entitled to one coupon per accommodation establishment. Coupons are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offer or discounts or promotions offered by JUSTDOGS.
- Each coupon is identified by a code and has different rewards. The claimant can decide the reward desired during the Order phase whilst being bound by the conditions linked to the redemption of the coupon.
- To redeem the coupon code, the claimant types the coupon code into the promotional box in the booking field of the JUSTDOGS’s websites and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of the qualifying purchase. If the claimant fails to enter the coupon code at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of a claimant’s purchase on the JUSTDOGS’s websites.
- Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the email sent to the claimant by JUSTDOGS.
- Coupons cannot be replaced if emails are deleted by the claimant.
- A coupon cannot be applied to orders previously placed with JUSTDOGS.
- The coupon is not necessarily valid for all periods of the year. There may be periods, particularly during the seasons, for which the coupon may not be usable.
- JUSTDOGS shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the coupon, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PET SPA & GROOMING SERVICES
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JUSTDOGS Spa Services, and all pet grooming, spa, bathing, trimming, styling, hygiene, wellness, and related services (“Services”) offered by Just Dogs Spalons Private Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, its affiliates, employees, groomers, representatives, and authorized service providers (“JUSTDOGS”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing any Portal of Company or creating an account or booking, availing, purchasing, scheduling, or permitting your pet to receive any Services from JUSTDOGS, you (“Pet Parent”, “Customer”, or “you”) unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or notices published on the Portal.
1. DEFINITIONS
In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:
1.1 “Portal” means the JUSTDOGS website, mobile application, and all digital platforms through which Services are offered.
1.2 “Account” means the registered user account created by a Customer on the Portal.
1.3 “Pet” means any domestic animal presented by the Customer for the availing of Services.
1.4 “Booking” means a confirmed reservation for Services made via the Portal.
1.5 “Service Fee” means the amount payable by the Customer for the Services availed.
1.6 “Groomer” means an authorized JUSTDOGS employee, contractor, or franchise partner performing the Services.
1.7 “Grooming Session” means a single appointment during which one or more Services are rendered to a Pet.
2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
2.1 The Portal and Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2.2 You must register an Account to book Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities occurring under your Account. Notify us immediately at the contact details in Section 27 of any unauthorized use.
2.4 JUSTDOGS reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are involved in fraudulent activity.
2.5 The individual presenting the Pet for Services represents and warrants that they are the lawful owner of the Pet or hold valid authority to make decisions regarding the Pet’s care, health, and treatment.
3. PET HEALTH DECLARATION
3.1 The Customer shall provide complete, accurate, and current information regarding the Pet’s medical history, vaccinations, allergies, behavioural tendencies, injuries, ongoing medications, skin conditions, illnesses, infections, recent surgeries, disabilities, or any other relevant health condition prior to each Grooming Session in Job Card or anywhere required at the time of Spa Booking.2.1 The Portal and Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3.2 The Customer acknowledges that withholding, concealing, or misrepresenting any information relating to the Pet’s health or behaviour may increase risks during grooming and may result in injury to the Pet, Groomer, or third parties. JUSTDOGS shall not be liable for any adverse outcome arising from incomplete or inaccurate health disclosures.
3.3 JUSTDOGS reserves the right to refuse, suspend, discontinue, or modify Services if the Pet appears to be ill, injured, contagious, aggressive, stressed, pregnant, nursing, or otherwise unsuitable for grooming at the Groomer’s or store staff’s sole discretion.
3.4 Customers with Pets that have known sensitivities to grooming products, water, drying equipment, or handling must declare these in writing at the time of booking and before each Service.
4. VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
4.1 Customers are strongly advised to ensure their Pets are vaccinated in accordance with applicable veterinary recommendations and local/state government regulations prior to availing any Services.
4.2 JUSTDOGS reserves the right to request vaccination records or proof of vaccination at any time. Failure to present such records may result in refusal of Services without any refund.
4.3 JUSTDOGS shall not be liable for any illness, infection, disease, or condition contracted by a Pet before, during, or after the Services unless directly and provably caused by gross negligence on the part of JUSTDOGS.
5. PET BEHAVIOUR AND AGGRESSION
5.1 Customers must fully disclose any history of aggression, biting, anxiety, nervousness, fear, separation distress, reactivity, or any other behavioural concern before completing a Booking. Failure to disclose may result in termination of Service without refund.
5.2 If a Pet displays aggressive, dangerous, or unpredictable behaviour during a Grooming Session, JUSTDOGS may:
a) Refuse to commence or continue the Service;
b) Use reasonable, humane handling and restraint techniques deemed necessary for safety;
c) Recommend veterinary-supervised grooming or pre-grooming sedation by a licensed veterinarian.
d) The Groomer may recommend Muzzle to be worn by the Pet.
5.3 The Customer shall be solely responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or expenses caused by their Pet to JUSTDOGS employees, contractors, other customers, equipment, or property.
6. GROOMING RISKS AND INFORMED CONSENT
6.1 The Customer acknowledges and accepts that grooming activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
(a) Minor cuts, scratches, nicks, abrasions, clipper-related skin irritation, or burns;
(b) Stress-related reactions, including nausea, excessive panting, or temporary behavioural changes;
(c) Allergic or adverse reactions to grooming products, shampoos, conditioners, or topical treatments;
(d) Aggravation or discovery of pre-existing medical, dermatological, or orthopaedic conditions;
(e) Ear irritation, discomfort from mat removal, nail-trimming sensitivity, or other procedure-related outcomes.
6.2 The Customer expressly authorizes JUSTDOGS to perform grooming and spa procedures reasonably necessary to complete the requested Services.
6.3 While all reasonable care shall be exercised, JUSTDOGS does not guarantee specific grooming outcomes, coat styles, lengths, colours, textures, appearances, or aesthetic results, particularly for Pets with health constraints or severely matted coats.
7. MATTED COAT POLICY
7.1 Severely matted coats may pose significant health risks, including skin infections, restricted blood flow, and parasite infestation. De-matting can be painful and stressful for Pets.
7.2 The Customer authorizes JUSTDOGS to remove matted fur in the manner considered safest and most humane by the Groomer, which may include full or partial coat shaving without prior consultation where the Pet’s welfare so requires.
7.3 JUSTDOGS shall not be liable for:
a. Skin irritation, rashes, or sores revealed beneath matted fur;
b. Pre-existing skin conditions identified post-grooming;
c. Post-grooming discomfort associated with mat removal;
d. Changes in the Pet’s appearance resulting from necessary shaving or clipping.
8. EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT
8.1 In the event of an accident, illness, injury, or medical emergency involving the Pet, the Customer authorizes JUSTDOGS to seek immediate veterinary attention at its discretion if the Customer cannot be contacted promptly through the contact details on file.
8.2 The Customer shall be solely responsible for all veterinary fees, transportation costs, medications, procedures, treatments, and related expenses incurred.
8.3 JUSTDOGS shall use reasonable efforts to contact the Customer before seeking veterinary treatment wherever practicable. Reasonable efforts shall include at minimum two attempts by phone and one message via the registered contact number.
8.4 JUSTDOGS shall not be liable for any adverse outcome arising from emergency veterinary care sought in good faith under this clause.
9. ONLINE BOOKING & PORTAL USE
9.1 All Bookings made through the Portal are subject to real-time availability and confirmation by JUSTDOGS. A Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation sent to the Customer’s registered email or mobile number.
9.2 JUSTDOGS reserves the right to reject, cancel, or modify any Booking at its sole discretion without liability, subject to providing reasonable notice and a full refund of any amounts paid.
9.3 Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all Booking information, including Pet details, selected Services, preferred location, and contact information is accurate and complete.
9.4 JUSTDOGS shall not be liable for any loss, missed appointment, or misdirected Service arising from inaccurate information provided by the Customer at the time of Booking.
9.5 JUSTDOGS reserves the right to implement booking slot restrictions, introduce priority booking for loyalty members, or modify the booking flow without prior notice.
10. APPOINTMENTS, DELAYS & CANCELLATIONS
10.1 Customers are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals of more than 20 minutes may result in reduced service time, rescheduling at JUSTDOGS’ discretion, or forfeiture of the Booking without refund.
10.2 To cancel or reschedule, Customers must notify JUSTDOGS at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time through the Portal or via registered contact details.
10.3 Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show cancellations may attract a cancellation fee as specified in the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the Portal.
10.4 JUSTDOGS reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify appointments due to operational exigencies, groomer unavailability, emergencies, technical failures, or Force Majeure events. In such cases, the Customer shall receive a full refund or an option to reschedule without any cancellation fee.
10.5 Recurring or subscription appointment packages are governed by the specific terms applicable to that package, which shall be communicated separately.
11. PRICING & PAYMENTS
11.1 All prices displayed on the Portal are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and are subject to revision without prior notice.
11.2 Additional charges may apply based on Pet size, breed, coat condition and complexity, temperament, special handling requirements, and any additional treatments requested during the Grooming Session.
11.3 JUSTDOGS shall communicate any additional charges to the Customer before proceeding with services beyond the original Booking scope wherever practically possible.
11.4 Full payment is due at the time of Booking for pre-paid Services. For post-session billing, payment is due immediately upon completion of the Grooming Session.
11.5 JUSTDOGS accepts payments through methods made available on the Portal, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Customers must ensure the payment method used is valid and authorized.
11.6 In the event of failed or disputed transactions, the Customer shall resolve the matter directly with their payment provider. JUSTDOGS shall not be liable for bank charges, transaction failures, or delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
11.7 JUSTDOGS reserves the right to refuse future Services in cases of outstanding payment or payment default.
12. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
12.1 Grooming and spa Services are personalized in nature and are generally non-refundable once performed. Refunds shall only be considered where:
a. The Service was not rendered as described and the Customer notifies JUSTDOGS within 48 hours;
b. JUSTDOGS cancels the Booking without reasonable notice;
c. A technical or platform error resulted in a duplicate or erroneous charge.
12.2 Refund requests must be submitted through the Portal’s designated grievance channel or to the contact details in Clause 27 within 7 days of the Grooming Session date.
12.3 Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to third-party payment gateway timelines.
12.4 Gift cards, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
12.5 JUSTDOGS shall not issue refunds for dissatisfaction arising purely from the inherent limitations of grooming on medically restricted, aged, or behaviorally challenging Pets where the Customer was duly informed.
13. DIGITAL SERVICES, PORTAL & TECHNOLOGY
13.1 JUSTDOGS grants Customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Portal solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
13.2 Customers agree not to:
a. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Portal without express written permission;
b. Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access, collect, or index content from the Portal;
c. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Portal;
d. Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature;
e. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Portal.
13.3 JUSTDOGS does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Portal and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from technical downtime, errors, or interruptions.
13.4 JUSTDOGS may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Portal at any time without prior notice.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
14.1 All content on the Portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of JUSTDOGS Spalons Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of India.
14.2 Customers shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any JUSTDOGS content without prior written consent.
14.3 User-generated content, such as reviews, ratings, and Pet photographs submitted by Customers, grants JUSTDOGS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and publish such content for business purposes.
15. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING CONSENT
15.1 By using the Services, the Customer grants JUSTDOGS a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive right to photograph, record, or capture images and videos of the Pet before, during, or after Grooming Sessions.
15.2 Such media may be used for promotional, educational, advertising, marketing, website, social media, training, and general business purposes without additional compensation or prior approval from the Customer.
15.3 Customers who do not consent to photography or video recording must expressly notify JUSTDOGS in writing via the Portal or at the time of Booking. JUSTDOGS shall make reasonable efforts to honour such requests.
16. CUSTOMER REVIEWS & FEEDBACK
16.1 Customers are encouraged to submit honest reviews and ratings on the Portal. Reviews must not contain defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content.
16.2 JUSTDOGS reserves the right to remove, moderate, or decline to publish reviews that violate its community guidelines or applicable law.
16.3 Submission of a review constitutes a licence to JUSTDOGS to display, share, and use the review across its marketing and communication channels.
17. LOYALTY PROGRAMME, MEMBERSHIPS & PROMOTIONS
17.1 JUSTDOGS may offer loyalty programmes, membership plans, promotional offers, seasonal discounts, and referral schemes from time to time. Specific terms and conditions governing such schemes shall be published separately on the Portal.
17.2 Loyalty points, rewards, and promotional credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire in accordance with the programme’s terms.
17.3 JUSTDOGS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any loyalty or membership programme at any time with reasonable notice. Accrued benefits shall be honoured within a reasonable transition period as communicated on the Portal.
17.4 Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. JUSTDOGS reserves the right to withdraw or alter promotions without prior notice.
18. CUSTOMER PROPERTY
18.1 Customers are advised not to leave valuables, personal belongings, leashes, accessories, clothing, or other items with their Pet unless strictly necessary for the Grooming Session.
18.2 JUSTDOGS shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of Customer or Pet property unless caused by the gross negligence of a JUSTDOGS employee or contractor.
19. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
19.1 The Portal may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, service providers, or partner platforms. JUSTDOGS does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services of such third parties.
19.2 Transactions with third-party providers, including payment processors, are solely between the Customer and the respective third party. JUSTDOGS shall not be liable for any loss arising from such third-party interactions.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
20.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JUSTDOGS, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for:
a. Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages of any nature;
b. Loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings;
c. Stress-related or behavioural reactions of the Pet arising from grooming;
d. Aggravation of undisclosed, pre-existing, or latent medical conditions;
e. Natural health deterioration or complications unrelated to the Services;
f. Events beyond JUSTDOGS’ reasonable control.
20.2 JUSTDOGS’ total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with any single Service or Booking shall not exceed the Service Fee paid by the Customer for that specific Service.
20.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.
21. INDEMNITY
The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JUSTDOGS, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, penalties, and legal fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to:
a. The Customer’s breach of these Terms or any applicable law;
b. Any act, omission, negligence, or misconduct of the Customer;
c. Any injury, damage, or loss caused by the Pet to third parties or JUSTDOGS property;
d. Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the Customer;
e. Third-party claims arising from the Customer’s use of the Portal or Services.
22. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
22.1 JUSTDOGS collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data including names, contact details, Pet information, payment information, and usage data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended) and applicable data protection rules.
22.2 By using the Portal, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
22.3 JUSTDOGS shall implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect Customer data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and JUSTDOGS cannot guarantee absolute data security.
22.4 Customers may exercise rights to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data by writing to the contact details in Section 27, subject to applicable legal requirements.
23. FORCE MAJEURE
JUSTDOGS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, statutory changes, labour disputes, power failures, transportation disruptions, cyber-attacks, technical infrastructure failures, civil unrest, or any other event beyond JUSTDOGS’ reasonable control. In such events, JUSTDOGS shall notify the Customer at the earliest reasonable opportunity and make good-faith efforts to resume Services.
24. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
24.1 JUSTDOGS reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes shall be communicated to Customers via the Portal, email, or app notification with at least 7 days’ notice.
24.2 Continued use of the Portal or availing of Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Customers who do not agree to the revised Terms must cease using the Portal.
25. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
25.1 In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, JUSTDOGS has designated a Grievance Officer to address Customer complaints:

Response Time: Within 30 days of receipt of complaint.
25.2 Customers may raise complaints through the Portal’s dedicated ‘Help & Support’ section. JUSTDOGS shall acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 30 days.
26. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
26.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
26.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice.
26.3 If the dispute is not resolved by negotiation, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the Parties. The seat of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the Parties.
26.4 Notwithstanding the above, JUSTDOGS reserves the right to seek urgent interim or injunctive relief from the competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, without prejudice to the arbitration clause.
27. MISCELLANEOUS
27.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
27.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and any other policies published on the Portal, constitute the entire agreement between JUSTDOGS and the Customer with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, negotiations, representations, or understandings.
27.3 Waiver: No failure or delay by JUSTDOGS in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof.
27.4 Assignment: JUSTDOGS may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets without Customer consent. Customers may not assign their rights without JUSTDOGS’ prior written consent.
27.5 Notices: All notices to JUSTDOGS under these Terms shall be sent in writing to the contact details in Clause 27. JUSTDOGS may send notices to Customers via email or portal notification to their registered contact details.
27.6 Language: These Terms are executed in the English language. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
