Dr Chandini is the best vet I have ever met, and she has been quick, efficient, and to the point.
The clinic is in a narrow lane, and parking is a bit of an issue so it’s wise to plan ahead.
My experience with Dr Chandini and the clinic staff: I came in with my cat Miso from a spay complication at my previous pet clinic. I was skeptical of making her go through surgery again as my last experience was pretty bad, and the procedure left a large hernia in its wake. Dr Chandini was very efficient in diagnosing my cat with the hernia and on suspecting Ovarian Remnant Syndrome, immediately suggested we go to an imaging specialist, who detected a retained ovary. The surgery was scheduled immediately after the heat cycle ended. Within two hours of dropping Miso off, we got to pick her up. Close to zero downtime, and we observed no discomfort or agitation from Miso how we did at our last clinic. The surgical wounds were barely noticeable and she gained her weight back, and started playing and eating normally.
Her clinic staff were very polite and friendly, and made sure we were posted on the status of the surgery.
We have also visited her for vaccinations and deworming and that appointment was five minutes start to finish and it was the easiest Miso has ever taken an injection.
Dr Chandini is a straight shooter and she really knows her stuff, and I have always been in a little bit of a shock when she tells me my bill amount because it’s quite low for a veterinarian of this calibre. The whole surgery start to finish cost me about half of what I paid for a failed spay at the last place.
Really appreciate the expertise and the quick replies for when I have a million questions.
So so so grateful to have my happy girl back
