I came into Dr. A.P.’s Pet Clinic with Kona needing a rabies and health certificate so she could board an Air India flight with me to the Himalayas. I walked in knowing absolutely nobody and walked out feeling like I had found our permanent vet in India.
The level of kindness, professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for animals here is something very special. The entire staff treated Kona like family from the second we arrived. No stress. No chaos. Just calm, caring, compassionate people who clearly love what they do.
I travel a lot, including from America, and I can honestly say this was one of the most heartfelt veterinary experiences I have ever had anywhere in the world. This clinic represents exactly why I came to India in the first place. The humanity, the culture, the hospitality, and the heart behind the service.
