Accounts Executive:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.


Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses.
  • Perform administrative support functions.
  • Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports.
  • Handle monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
  • Reconciliation of accounts.
  • TDS updates.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field of study.
  • 1-2 years’ of experience working in Accounting.
  • Should have knowledge on TDS and GST.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented.

Ecommerce Manager:

The E-commerce Manager would be responsible for managing complete Marketplace Operations for the company.


Handling and Managing online/E-Commerce business for Company Website & Amazon Marketing Services, Flipkart etc.


Responsibilities

  • Develop omnichannel experience to grow the brand and sales of the pain relief products through e-Commerce.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure proper supply at different warehouses.
  • Responsible for new product listing and updating the catalogue on the websites of the respective channel partners.
  • Will be responsible for managing online marketplace operations like product listings, ensuring catalogue hygiene of the uploaded catalogue, promotions, deals, discounts, shipment planning, order reports, returns, payment tracking, & all the day-to-day operational issues related to the marketplace.
  • Must know the process involved in online selling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office including MS Word, Excel (VLookups, Pivots & Excel Shortcuts.

  • Requirement

    • Prior Experience of minimum 1 year in a similar role or a process is mandatory.
    • Excellent Communications Skills with Strong logical interpretation.
    • Ability to Multitask with top level of accuracy.
    • High Proficiency of MS Office is mandatory.

    Operations specialist:

    For the position of Operations Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:


    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring smooth daily work of warehouse operations, controlling, managing and monitoring inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
    • Managing online deliveries and making sure that deliveries are dispatched on time, coordinate with the Logistics manager and management for any requirements.
    • Strategizing for optimum utilization of warehouse infrastructure.
    • Responsible for managing processes aligned to them across various team within Operations.
    • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.


    Requirement

    • Bachelors Degree.
    • 1+ year of hands on experience in related field.
    • Written and verbal communication skills.
